Her caption was a mix of reflection and cryptic philosophy: “So much has happened this year, it’s crazy … It’s incredibly strict and somewhat of a form of prayer but with so many endless possibilities in life, it’s important to do you and keep it simple. I know there is a confusing side too. The devil is in the details but we can get to that later 😳😂🤧.”
Spears didn’t explain her brief social media absence. But the post comes amid renewed concern from family and public clashes with ex-husband Kevin Federline.
Recent weeks have been messy. Spears shared a video of herself dancing with visible bruises and was filmed swerving across lanes while driving late one night with a friend—behavior her family reportedly compared to the chaos before her 2007 breakdown.
“There’s a lot of concern. Everyone has always wanted the best for her, and she’s showing right now that she’s making bad choices,” a source told the Daily Mail. “It’s terrifying. So there’s a lot of talk about what to do, if anything. How can we protect her from herself?”
Spears has also publicly pushed back at Federline, accusing him of trying to “profit off [her] pain” following revelations in his memoir You Thought You Knew. She called out the father of her sons Sean Preston and Jayden, saying he “hates” her and is driven by “deep anger” to make his claims.
