Brittany Mahomes is leaning fully into the season, and doing it on her own terms.
The 30-year-old hosted a Christmas party for the Kansas City Chiefs’ wives and girlfriends this week, sharing a behind-the-scenes look on Instagram. “Hosted the Chiefs girlies Christmas Party Tonight!” she wrote, posting photos from her home ahead of the event.
Rather than defaulting to Chiefs red, Mahomes opted for winter white. She wore a ruched minidress with an oversized bow at the chest, a look that read festive without veering into costume. The outfit, by Shushu/Tong, came in two pieces: a low-back white tank dress topped with a cape-like layer finished with a black satin bow.
Standing in her walk-in closet, Mahomes shared a brief boomerang of the look. She paired the dress with sheer black tights, black bow-accented pumps, a pearl-studded mini bag, and diamond drop earrings. Her blond hair was pulled back with a slim black headband, polished and deliberate.
In a follow-up post, Mahomes revealed the gift bags prepared for the guests, tagging multiple brands and thanking them for their contributions, suggesting the items were curated specifically for the night.
So far, Mahomes is the only attendee to share images from the party. There’s been no confirmation on whether Taylor Swift, also part of the Chiefs WAG circle this season, made an appearance. Swift was in New York City earlier in the week, though the overlap remains unconfirmed.
Mahomes and Swift have become known for coordinating looks at games, so if more photos surface, a little accidental twinning wouldn’t come as a surprise. For now, the message was clear: festive, controlled, and camera-ready — exactly how the modern WAG holiday party is meant to look.
