Cardi B touched down at WWE SummerSlam looking less like a host and more like a final boss.
The Bronx-born rapper turned the MetLife Stadium stage into her own private runway Saturday night, wrapped in a feathered cape so long it needed its own zip code. Styled by Kollin Carter, the custom piece—courtesy of Beijing-based designer Cheney Chan—was pure theater: dark plumage, yards of train, and enough drama to make Ric Flair blush.

Beneath the cape, Cardi wore a matching corset bodysuit, feathered to the waist and cut with a sweetheart neckline. Knee-high black boots from Le Silla gave it all a hard edge—equal parts Vegas and vengeance.
Hair by Tokyo Stylez was tied tight into a sky-high ponytail, and makeup artist Erika La’ Pearl finished the look with lashes sharp enough to disarm an opponent. “HELLO!!! It’s me… Welcome to SUMMER SLAM!” she posted to Instagram, paired with a short clip that felt more fashion film than wrestling promo.
During her stint on the mic, Cardi gave fans a preview of her next move: a track titled Am I the Drama? from her upcoming album, out September 19. If the bird theme felt familiar, that’s no accident—the rollout for the record includes black crows, avian silhouettes, and even a live bird perched on her hand at Schiaparelli’s Fall 2025 show.
Cardi doesn’t just show up. She arrives, disrupts, and leaves feathers on the floor. SummerSlam was no exception.
