Christa B. Allen, best known for her role on Revenge, says she survived a relationship with a cult leader that nearly cost her everything.
In a recent TikTok post, the 33-year-old actress described the fallout. “How it feels rebuilding your life after being in love with a charismatic wealthy cult leader who burned it to the ground,” Allen wrote across footage of herself in a field.
She followed with a longer message, calling the experience a turning point. “Nobody can burn down your life unless you give them access to it,” she wrote. “That’s the part I’ve had to own.”

Allen said she asked herself difficult questions: why she trusted him, why she surrendered her power, why she ignored her instincts. “He was selling fairytales,” she explained. “From luxurious penthouses and private jets, I foolishly bought in.”
The relationship, she added, showed her that even time spent together can’t guarantee truth. “Especially when you’re dealing with someone who lies as easily as they breathe,” she wrote. The betrayal, she said, “shattered” her—but forced her to rebuild.
Allen stopped short of naming the man or the group involved, saying only that she’ll share more one day. For now, she told followers she’s moving forward “with feet on solid ground and a heart that knows its strength.”

In the comments, she assured one fan that she is “amazing now” despite what she called a “truly horrendous” chapter. Representatives for Allen have not commented.
Allen hasn’t been publicly linked to anyone recently. She briefly made headlines in 2022 when rapper The Game denied dating her after the two were seen kissing in a TikTok video.
These days, Allen has shifted her focus to social media, where she’s built an audience of 1.8 million followers on TikTok. Her content is mostly motivational, though she occasionally revives her role as the younger Jenna Rink from 13 Going on 30—nostalgia clips that have gone viral more than once.
