Drake Names WWE’s Rhea Ripley His Muse on Bobbi Althoff’s New Podcast

Drake has a new muse, and it isn’t a model, actress, or singer — it’s WWE champion Rhea Ripley.

On the debut episode of Bobbi Althoff’s Not This Again podcast, released September 2, the Toronto rapper revealed that the Australian wrestler dominates his Instagram feed. “She’s a wrestler, she’s like my muse,” Drake said, before admitting he’s “the opposite of everything that she likes.”

Ripley, born Demi Bennett, signed with WWE in 2017 and has since carved out a brutal reputation in the ring. Known as the “Eradicator” and “The Nightmare,” she became the first NXT UK Women’s Champion in 2019 and later joined the elite ranks as both a Triple Crown and Grand Slam Champion.

Drake’s ties to WWE aren’t new. Earlier this year, he was spotted at the Elimination Chamber event in Toronto, a public nod to his fascination with the spectacle of pro wrestling.

The conversation with Althoff also touched on another headline circling the rapper: his six-pack. When asked whether rumors of ab surgery were true, Drake shot it down quickly. “No,” he said, explaining that his Instagram selfie from June had been boosted with filters. “Maybe I heightened the saturation or something on it. I hit it too hard. They don’t look like that. You saw them.”

The episode marked a reset for Althoff, whose previous Really Good Podcast ended last month after a viral run — including a deleted appearance from Drake himself. With Not This Again, she promises a sharper, more deliberate format. “The show is back, sharper than ever with a new episode every month,” she wrote in the description.

For Drake, the takeaway was simple: his muse isn’t in Hollywood or on the charts — she’s in the squared circle, trading blows under bright lights.
