Ice-T and Coco Austin Double Down on Their “Jungle Sex” Philosophy

At Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween blowout in New York, Ice-T and Coco Austin proved that 23 years of marriage hasn’t dulled their spark—or their sense of humor.

When asked about his now-infamous “jungle sex” comment, the Law & Order: SVU star didn’t back down. “I actually heard an 86-year-old man say that and I stole it,” Ice told E! News from the Hard Rock Hotel party. “I said, ‘That’s kind of what it is.’ You just gotta stay in love. How simple is that?”

Coco—done up as a murderous Chucky doll alongside Ice’s Squid Game-inspired costume—laughed off the buzz. Her advice was less wild, more grounded. “You’ve got to listen to each other,” she said. “You’ve got to have conversations over and over again. You can’t get too comfortable.”

The couple, who share a nine-year-old daughter, Chanel, have built their marriage on equal parts comedy and chemistry. “We’re the same person,” Coco admitted. “If I were a boy, I’d be him.” Ice didn’t miss a beat: “And I’d be a little white girl with big boobs.”

They’ve never been shy about sharing the private details of their relationship, but beneath the jokes there’s an unmistakable honesty. “At the end of the day, we just dig each other,” Ice said. “It ain’t gonna work any other way.”

Coco nodded. “We’re the best of friends.”

It’s the kind of blunt, old-school wisdom you only get from a couple that’s seen it all—and still shows up dressed to kill.
