Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet brought a little romance to Hollywood’s most photographed afterparty Sunday night, stepping out together at the annual Vanity Fair Oscar Party following the Academy Awards.
Chalamet, who arrived at the Oscars earlier in the evening on his own, reunited with Jenner for the after-hours red carpet. Cameras caught the pair sharing a brief kiss on the cheek as they posed for photographers, the actor’s hand resting casually at Jenner’s waist.

Jenner leaned fully into the glamour of the night. The founder of Kylie Cosmetics wore a custom black sequin gown by Alexander McQueen, complete with a long feathered train that followed behind her like a runway moment transplanted onto Hollywood Boulevard.
Chalamet kept things clean and minimalist in an all-white suit, echoing the sharp look he wore earlier on the main Oscars carpet in a design from Givenchy. At one point, video from inside the party showed him adjusting Jenner’s train before stepping back and letting the cameras do their work.
Earlier in the evening Jenner joined the ceremony wearing a ruby gown from Schiaparelli designed by Daniel Roseberry, paired with roughly 200 carats of diamonds from Lorraine Schwartz. By the time the afterparty rolled around, the jewelry had been scaled back to a simple black-stone ring.
Chalamet had been nominated for Best Actor for his role in Marty Supreme, though the award ultimately went to Michael B. Jordan for Sinners. Fellow nominees included Leonardo DiCaprio, Ethan Hawke and Wagner Moura. The trophy may have slipped away, but by the end of the night Chalamet still had the kind of company most people would call a win.
