A new legal filing tied to the ongoing Presley family court battle has dropped a startling claim: that John Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, used eggs from Riley Keough to conceive their youngest son, Ben.
The allegation appears in a lawsuit filed by Brigitte Kruse, a former business partner of Priscilla Presley, who is currently suing Presley’s son, Navarone Garcia, for breach of contract. While the case itself centers on business disputes, the filing veers sharply into deeply personal territory, alleging that Ben Travolta, now 15, is biologically connected to the Presley bloodline.

According to Kruse, Lisa Marie Presley’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, told her that Preston was unable to conceive using her own eggs. Kruse claims that Travolta and Preston initially used Lisa Marie’s eggs, but later rejected them due to concerns about Lisa Marie’s past drug use—described bluntly in the filing as not wanting “eggs with heroin” attached to them.
The documents do not establish whether any pregnancy resulted from Lisa Marie’s eggs. Instead, Kruse alleges that a separate arrangement followed: Riley Keough, Lisa Marie’s daughter, allegedly provided her eggs so Preston could carry the child. In exchange, Kruse claims Keough received an old Jaguar and a payment ranging between $10,000 and $20,000.

The filing further alleges that Lockwood, facing financial ruin, sought to leverage this information to secure a settlement for himself and his daughters. Kruse claims Lockwood told her he was so desperate he had resorted to eating dog food, and that he believed Travolta “needed to help salvage his career” amid past sexual assault allegations made by other men.
Included in the court documents are handwritten notes referencing “CA fertility partners,” “Ben Travolta,” and “Kelly Preston carried baby,” along with a text exchange in which Ben is allegedly referred to as Priscilla Presley’s “beautiful great-grandson.”

Priscilla Presley’s legal team forcefully rejected the claims. Attorneys Marty Singer and Wayne Harman called the allegations baseless and accused Kruse and her associates of attempting to pressure Presley through sensational and irrelevant accusations. They noted that Kruse and her co-plaintiffs are now represented by their fourth set of attorneys and said the matter will be addressed in court.
Kruse’s attorney, Jordan Matthews of Holtz Matthews LLP, pushed back, stating that the amended complaint was filed in good faith and aimed at “revealing the truth” and stabilizing the Presley family amid what he described as ongoing volatility.
A representative for John Travolta has not responded to requests for comment.
The latest filing adds another layer to a legal feud that began last year, when Priscilla Presley sued Kruse and her business associates for fraud and elder abuse—claims Kruse has denied. For now, the allegations remain unproven, explosive, and squarely contested, playing out in court rather than confirmed fact.
