British adult performer Lily Phillips, 24, has opened up about the more than $100,000 she’s spent on cosmetic surgery — a reconstruction of body and image that mirrors her rise from anonymity to one of the most-watched women in the online sex industry.
Phillips joined an adult platform in 2020, at the height of lockdown-era isolation and digital voyeurism. Four years later, she’s made millions turning her body into a business, her face into a brand, and her life into a running commentary on the nature of desire.

Her first big investment: a labiaplasty, a cosmetic procedure that reduces or reshapes the inner vaginal lips. It was, she says, both a personal and professional decision.
“I used to watch porn and there was no representation of women with a long labia,” she told news.com.au. “It sounds crazy, but that’s true. Everyone looked so neat, so tucked away — and that wasn’t me.”
Phillips said one side of her labia was longer than the other. No one had ever mentioned it, but comparison — the quiet disease of the internet age — did the damage. When the money came in, the scalpel followed.

She says she’s happy with the result. “I love how my body looks now,” she said. But there’s a trace of something like regret when she talks about what she might’ve represented if she’d left it alone.
“I think about it now — maybe I missed an opportunity to be that representation I needed as a teenager,” she said. “When you’re looking at a girl online and thinking, why don’t I look like that? — half the time it’s surgery or genetics. But when you’re young, you don’t know that.”
Her labiaplasty was just the start. Two years later, Phillips returned to the surgeon’s chair for chin liposuction and implants — an operation she initially approached as a nose job consultation. From there came 360-degree liposuction and a Brazilian Butt Lift, one of the industry’s most dangerous procedures due to the risk of fat entering the bloodstream.

Across the U.S., labiaplasties rose 36 percent between 2020 and 2021, according to the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery National Databank — a statistic that mirrors Phillips’ personal journey.
She isn’t planning more work, but she’s aware of the cycle. “People say, ‘just one thing and I’ll be happy,’” she said. “But it never ends there. You fix one insecurity and another one shows up.”
For now, Lily Phillips seems content — at least as content as anyone can be when beauty becomes a profession, and your body the balance sheet.
