Ex-NFL lineman Matt Kalil sues ex-wife Haley Baylee over viral comments on penis size

Former NFL offensive lineman Matt Kalil has filed a lawsuit against his ex-wife, influencer and former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model Haley Baylee, following viral remarks she made about his anatomy during a livestream late last year.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Kalil alleges Baylee’s comments—made during a November 2025 appearance on Twitch—crossed a legal line, exposing him to unwanted public scrutiny and violating his privacy. Baylee claimed during the stream that Kalil’s penis size was “the biggest factor” in the breakdown of their marriage, which ended in divorce in 2022.

Kalil, 36, says the remarks triggered a wave of invasive attention and online commentary that extended beyond him to his family. The lawsuit claims his current wife, Keilani Asmus, received what he describes as “disturbing” and “alarming” messages in the aftermath of the clip going viral.

The suit accuses Baylee, 33, of invasion of privacy and unjust enrichment, alleging she benefited financially from the surge in traffic and attention generated by the comments. Kalil is seeking damages in excess of $75,000.

Baylee responded to the filing with a statement to Page Six, saying she was blindsided by the lawsuit and insisting her comments have been taken out of context.

“The truth is in the original livestream—which is still live on Marlon’s YouTube account,” she said. “I speak highly of him in multiple ways throughout that conversation.”

She added that she was “genuinely shocked and incredibly hurt” by the legal action, describing litigation as emotionally draining and expressing sadness that both families are now involved.

During the original conversation with Twitch streamer Marlon Garcia, Baylee described Kalil’s size as extremely rare and spoke at length about the couple’s attempts to address the issue, referencing therapy and medical consultations. Clips from the stream quickly circulated online, reducing a lengthy and personal discussion to a punchline that spread well beyond its original audience.

Kalil and Baylee began dating after he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in 2012. They married in 2015 in Hawaii, and Baylee filed for divorce seven years later, citing irreconcilable differences.

After the backlash, Baylee reiterated that she cared deeply about respecting her former husband’s privacy and the relationship they shared, saying the viral focus on one fragment of the conversation failed to reflect its broader tone.

“It’s unfortunate that only one fragment is being amplified,” she said. “I hope our hour-and-a-half-long conversation reflects more than a funny soundbite.”

In a twist that underscores the internet’s appetite for spectacle, Kalil was later offered $300,000 by adult webcam site CamSoda to front a campaign titled “Big Confidence,” aimed at reframing the viral moment as empowerment.

The lawsuit now moves the story from livestream confession to courtroom dispute, where the question isn’t anatomy, but where privacy ends in the age of clicks, clips, and monetized oversharing.
