Melanie Chisholm — better known as Sporty Spice — is 51 and still living up to the name. The former Spice Girl was photographed Tuesday off the coast of Ibiza, swimming and sunning with her boyfriend, Australian model and actor Chris Dingwall.
The two were seen aboard a yacht with friends, sharing quiet moments and occasional public affection, a notable shift for Chisholm, long considered the most private member of the group.
Wearing a simple black bikini, Chisholm looked strong and sharp — the kind of body that doesn’t just happen by accident. She’s been posting from the trip on Instagram, mixing solo shots with a few candid moments alongside Dingwall.
They made their relationship public at Wimbledon in July 2024, though they’d reportedly been dating under the radar for months prior. Back in January, Dingwall wished her a happy 51st on social media, and she replied by calling him “my love” — rare openness from Chisholm, whose past relationships were largely kept out of the spotlight.
She shares a 16-year-old daughter, Scarlet, with ex-partner Thomas Starr, with whom she split in 2012 after a decade together.
Though reserved when it comes to her personal life, Chisholm has remained close to her former bandmates. She’s known to post the occasional throwback, and most recently joined Mel B, Emma Bunton, and Geri Halliwell in April for Victoria Beckham’s high-profile birthday bash in London — a de facto Spice Girls reunion that sparked fresh speculation about a potential comeback.
