Millie Bobby Brown Drops ‘Bobby’ and ‘Brown’ After Marriage, Now Millie Bonnie Bongiovi

Millie Bobby Brown has officially changed her name, 18 months after marrying Jake Bongiovi. The Stranger Things star confirmed the update during a playful interview with co-star Noah Schnapp, correcting him when he tried to guess her full name. “Drop the Bobby [and] drop the Brown. It’s just Millie Bonnie Bongiovi,” she said.

Brown, 21, and Bongiovi, 23, quietly married in May 2023, later celebrating with a second, lavish ceremony in Italy where Brown wore four dresses. The couple has since expanded their family, announcing the adoption of a baby girl over the summer.

While they’ve kept her name private, a recent outing in the Hamptons offered a subtle hint, with Brown carrying a pink phone case marked with the letters “R,” “W,” and “B”—likely nodding to the family’s shared surname initial.

The name change signals a new chapter for Brown, both personally and professionally, as she steps fully into life as a wife and mother.
