The 28-year-old OnlyFans creator has confirmed she was hospitalised just two days after taking part in a headline-grabbing sex challenge that involved 583 men over the course of six hours. Knight posted a photo to her Instagram Stories on 20 May, lying in a hospital bed wearing a blue gown. “I guess 583 guys in a day isn’t that good for you,” she wrote.
In a follow-up clip, Knight is seen hooked up to vital monitors, quipping, “Being hospitalised after taking 583 in a day was not on my 2025 bingo card.”
The challenge took place on 18 May and left her, by her own admission, “not doing very well.” In a statement to Us Weekly, Knight said, “I’ve been bleeding a lot since the challenge. It was definitely a bit raw down there and I did get a small cut.”
Knight also revealed she suffers from endometriosis — a chronic condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows outside it — which she said compounded the pain. “I’ll definitely survive,” she added, “but it is quite painful and unpleasant at the moment.”
Despite the physical consequences, Knight seemed more surprised by how manageable the feat was. “Doing 583 in a day is quite a lot so I was a little bit worried that I was going to really struggle with it,” she said. “Because the most I’ve done before that was 24 in a day.”
What’s bothered her more is the backlash directed at the men involved. “At the end of the day, these men just want to have sex. God forbid a man has sex,” she said. “It really upsets me when I see people coming after the guys and being so mean about the guys that showed up. I feel quite protective of them.”
