Dr. Terry Dubrow and wife Heather Dubrow are leaning into shock value with their new iHeart podcast Between Us. The longtime reality TV couple, known for Botched and The Real Housewives of Orange County, opened their debut episodes with a headline-grabbing revelation: the so-called “Ozempic vulva.”
Speaking with E! News, Terry explained that patients on semaglutide drugs like Ozempic may experience physical changes due to lowered estrogen levels. “When you have less fat, you have less estrogen,” he said. “And when you have less estrogen, you may have less lubrication, more irritation, and less volume.”

Heather quickly clarified, “That’s not my problem,” but admitted their four children weren’t thrilled about the explicit conversation.
The Dubrows, married more than 30 years, say the podcast won’t stop at medical talk. They plan to cover everything from parenting struggles to the inner workings of their multimillion-dollar lifestyle brand. Heather noted their “cringy” TikTok videos had already racked up millions of views, convincing them to take their banter to a long-form format.
Despite the occasional eye-roll from their kids, the Dubrows insist they won’t use family experiences as fodder. The couple is betting instead on the mix of medical candor, personal confessions, and their trademark push into taboo territory.
