Paris Hilton marked her 45th birthday with a photo shoot that left little to the imagination. The socialite posed nearly nude, draped in satin and feathers, accessorised with a feather boa, sheer thigh-high stockings, crystal chokers, and sparkling stud earrings.
Captured by Brian Ziff, the images also featured one of her many dogs, Prince Tokyo Gizmo Hilton, lounging amid pillows and drapes. Ballet-inspired Steve Madden heels completed the look, ribbons lacing up her ankles, while sheer opera gloves added another touch of theatricality.
The carousel’s caption read simply: “In my Birthday suit✨😉💋✨,” with fans and fellow celebrities flooding the comments with praise. Tallulah Willis called it “Iconic,” Brooks Nader added “OMG,” and Sergio Farias wished Hilton a happy birthday.
This isn’t the first time Hilton has embraced the spotlight. She recently attended the LA premiere of her documentary Infinite Icon: A Visual Memoir and last fall shared that she spends nine hours a week on facials, saying she “takes care of my skin like an Olympic athlete.”
