Molly-Mae Hague has spoken candidly about health concerns during her second pregnancy, revealing fears of becoming dependent on nasal sprays she has been using to manage congestion.
The 26-year-old influencer, expecting her second child with boxer Tommy Fury, addressed the issue in her latest YouTube vlog, describing mornings where she struggles to breathe despite not having a cold or any illness.
“I wake up and I can’t breathe. There’s no air getting through,” she said, explaining that the congestion has led her to rely on sprays like Sudafed, which she picked up during a trip to Dubai.

Molly-Mae admitted she’s now concerned about potential addiction, reflecting on articles she’s read about people who become reliant on such treatments. “Am I that person or is this still from the pregnancy? I don’t know,” she said.
Beyond the physical symptoms, she described feeling mentally and emotionally drained. “I feel like a little bit of a broken woman at the minute… I’m not feeling myself,” she explained, noting the week had been filled with “weird energies” and tension, though she emphasized that overall, she feels well within her pregnancy.
Despite the worries, Molly-Mae remained determined to move forward, telling her followers: “It’s ok though, we’re going to be ok… Motherhood and family life is great. It’s just been a weird one this week, but we’re ok, today’s been fine.”
