Reneé Rapp Let’s Rip on ICE and Trump

Reneé Rapp, the 24-year-old pop singer and actress, best known for The Sex Lives of College Girls, brought her Bite Me tour to the Moda Center on Monday night — and used the stage for more than just music.

Midway through her set, Rapp paused to address the crowd. “We are very, very, very excited to be here with you,” she said, flashing a quick smile. “You’re a wonderful, wonderful city.” Then her tone shifted. “And it just happens that we’re here at the same time some people who shouldn’t be here are.”

What followed wasn’t a performance — it was a statement. “Let’s get a couple things abundantly clear,” Rapp said, before unleashing a tirade aimed squarely at federal immigration authorities and the political establishment. “F*** ICE. F*** this administration. And f*** Trump.”

The crowd roared.

For an artist who’s built a reputation on honesty and attitude, Rapp’s outburst wasn’t entirely unexpected — just louder, sharper, and more direct than most in pop music dare to be right now.
