Rita Ora made a statement in Paris Thursday night, stepping out in a white midi dress with a plunging neckline and sheer cutout as she dined at Le Costes, a longtime celebrity favorite during Fashion Week.
The 34-year-old singer paired the look with white heels and black oval sunglasses before throwing on a long black coat against the evening chill.
Ora’s Paris appearance comes on the heels of a legal victory back home in London, where she won the right to build a private gym on the grounds of her £7.5 million villa. Neighbors had strongly opposed the project, calling it an environmental threat and an “ugly sight” that clashed with the historic character of the area.
Residents argued that Ora’s planned glass-walled structure would disrupt local peace with light and noise. A block of nearby apartments and several streets filed a joint complaint, warning of “loss of privacy” and accusing the pop star of “destroying biodiversity to build a modern gym.”
Despite the pushback, Ora prevailed. And in Paris, at least, the focus was firmly back where she prefers it—on the star, the dress, and the spotlight.
