Sami Sheen is reversing course.
The 21-year-old OnlyFans creator and daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards announced this week that she’s planning to have her breast implants removed, nearly two years after undergoing the augmentation. The reason: a string of ongoing health problems she believes are linked to breast implant illness.
“I’ve been experiencing health issues for nearly two years now with the weirdest symptoms,” Sheen wrote in a raw Instagram Story, captioning a mirror selfie. “I finally discovered that I have breast implant illness. I’m hoping to get them removed ASAP so I can start feeling better.”

Sheen didn’t hold back. In a follow-up post, she shared an old bikini photo of herself pre-surgery, writing that it would be tough to “go back to this size—not only physically, but mentally.” Still, she says, it’s the right call. “I know I’ll feel so much better once they are out. So I guess it’s worth it.”
The list of symptoms she detailed reads like something out of a pharmaceutical lawsuit: chronic fatigue, memory loss, anxiety, vertigo, brain fog, rashes, dry eyes, and allergic reactions “to almost everything.” Sheen made clear she’s not speaking for everyone—“Not everyone who gets implants will get sick from them,” she said—but emphasized the reality that some women do, and she considers herself one of the unlucky ones.

“I feel awful for all of the women that experience this and are stuck with them,” she wrote. “This illness is no joke.”
Just last fall, Sheen celebrated the implants. She called it a “new rack” in a November 2023 Instagram post, and it was followed months later by a nose job, which she says helped her distance herself from constant comparisons to her father. She’s since been open about the cosmetic work she’s had done: Botox, lip fillers, nose fillers, veneers.
Now, the tone has shifted. The post-surgery glow has been replaced with a sharper awareness—of health, of pressure, of what happens when the curated self turns on you.
Sheen’s message to her 200,000 followers was simple: put your health first. The body, after all, isn’t a brand. And sometimes the best choice is the one that doesn’t fit the algorithm.
