Simone Biles Opens Up About Plastic Surgery and the Pressure to Perfect

Simone Biles isn’t one to dodge a question. The most decorated gymnast in Olympic history laid it all out this week, taking to TikTok to share exactly which cosmetic procedures she’s had — and why.

“I’ve had three plastic surgeries,” Biles, 28, told her followers while getting “unready” in a maroon dress. “Two of them you’d never be able to tell.”

Fans started guessing in the comments. One asked if she’d had her “🍒 done,” and Biles gave a casual thumbs up. Another took a wider swing — “Boobs, skinny BBL, eye lift or skin tightening” — and Biles came back with the full list: “🍒, lower bleph because I had THE WORST eye bags & ear lobe — my earring got ripped out when I was younger.”

It’s not the first time she’s hinted at going under the knife. In October, Biles posted a clip of herself bouncing on a backyard trampoline at her new Texas mansion, writing, “First flip – in a year – at the new house – with new [cherry emojis].” It didn’t take a detective to decode that one.

Speculation had been brewing since her summer trip to Belize, when photos of Biles in a Fendi bikini sparked talk of a breast augmentation. The images showed a confident woman — relaxed, golden, and utterly unbothered — basking in her own reinvention.

This isn’t unfamiliar territory for Biles. She’s spoken before about experimenting with Botox — and quickly deciding it wasn’t for her. “For my 27th birthday, I got baby Botox right here in my T-zone,” she said in an August 2024 TikTok. “I did not like it.”

Her reason? It froze her face. “I’d be at practice and my eyebrow would slowly start going up,” she laughed. “My teammate would say, ‘Simone, your eyebrow’s going up again.’ I could feel it — but I couldn’t get it back down.”

Biles’ openness stands in stark contrast to the silence that usually surrounds celebrity cosmetic work. She’s not pushing filters or denial — just facts. And in a culture obsessed with appearances, that’s almost radical.
