Reality TV personality Grace Lilly is back in legal trouble. The “Southern Hospitality” star was arrested Tuesday in South Carolina on a drug possession charge, marking her second arrest in just a few months.
According to Charleston County jail records, Lilly, 27, was charged with possession of a controlled substance. She spent several hours in custody before being released on personal recognizance — a judge allowing her to leave without paying the full $10,575 bond on the condition she returns to court.

The arrest follows another incident late last year. On Dec. 29, 2025, Lilly was taken into custody in Charleston after police discovered pills in her car during a traffic stop, a situation first reported by Page Six at the time.
That earlier arrest unfolded after officers pulled Lilly over at a gas station for an alleged illegal lane change. Police were also serving a warrant tied to a second-degree harassment charge. After being handcuffed, Lilly reportedly asked officers to retrieve her purse.
Inside the bag, police say they found a small container labeled “Happy Pills.” According to the incident report, the container held 12 round white pills marked with a “P” on one side and half of an oblong blue pill with no visible imprint.

When questioned, Lilly allegedly told officers the blue pill was Xanax and the white pills were birth control. She reportedly claimed to have a prescription for the Xanax but did not have documentation available at the time and could not identify the brand of the birth control pills, according to the report. Authorities classified the case as a “drugs/narcotics violation.”
Just hours before that earlier arrest, Lilly posted a selfie to her Instagram Story telling followers she was heading out to see the film “Marty Supreme.” Days later, she was booked into the Charleston County Jail at 1:40 a.m. and released later that afternoon.
For now, the reality star appears to be keeping quiet as the latest charge moves through the South Carolina court system.
