Tiffani Thiessen, forever etched in pop culture as Kelly Kapowski on Saved by the Bell, just turned a simple carrot cake into headline bait.
The 51-year-old actress posted a topless video on Instagram this week, seated behind a homemade cake with nothing but frosting between her and her followers. Looking directly into the camera, she teased, “How do you eat it?” before taking a bite. The caption read: “When it’s hot out, you gotta get naked… #nakedcarrotcake. Recipe in the comments if you wanna get naked too.”
Strategic camera work kept the video Instagram-safe, but the message landed: Thiessen has no problem stripping away both clothes and expectations. Fans flooded the comments with praise, one calling her “fine wine,” another giving it a clean “10/10.”
It’s not her first brush with playful exhibitionism. In January 2024, Thiessen marked her 50th birthday with a photo draped in nothing but a bedsheet, captioned: “Over the hill. #thisis50.”
She’s also been blunt about aging in Hollywood. On the Good Instincts podcast, she admitted she feels more comfortable in her skin now than she did a decade ago. “I don’t know if it’s me just not giving a s—,” she said, “or me being much more understanding of who I am.”
Thiessen acknowledged that while audiences might expect her to stay frozen in time, those standards are “just not realistic.” What she can control, she said, is health and longevity for the sake of her family.
