Rumors around Zendaya and Tom Holland have been circulating for months, but a new photo shoot may have added fuel to the fire.
Images released Thursday by A24 promoting the upcoming film The Drama show Zendaya alongside co-star Robert Pattinson. In the photos, the actress appears to be wearing a simple gold band beneath her well-known engagement ring — a detail that quickly caught the attention of fans online.
The understated piece of jewelry has prompted fresh speculation that Zendaya and Holland may have quietly tied the knot.
The theory gained traction earlier this week after Zendaya’s longtime stylist Law Roach made a surprising remark on the red carpet at the Screen Actors Guild Awards.
When asked about the couple’s wedding plans, Roach reportedly told reporters, “The wedding has already happened,” before adding, “You missed it.” Pressed further, he insisted the claim was “very true.”
Not everyone seems convinced.
Zendaya’s mother, Claire Stoermer, offered a cryptic response shortly after the comments began circulating. She reposted the stylist’s red carpet interview to her Instagram Stories and wrote simply: “The laugh,” seemingly referencing Roach’s reaction during the exchange.
Speculation about the couple’s relationship status intensified late last month when Zendaya was photographed in Beverly Hills wearing a plain gold band on her left ring finger instead of the large engagement ring that first appeared publicly at the Golden Globe Awards in 2025.
Zendaya has never formally announced an engagement to Holland, choosing instead to keep details of her personal life largely private.
In a recent conversation with Pattinson for Interview magazine, the actress spoke openly about that approach.
“At the end of the day, you’re a public figure — there’s nothing you can do,” she said. “But some things are meant for yourself and for your loved ones.”
She added that maintaining that boundary is important.
“I try to have privacy, not just for my characters, but for me in real life. I try to be honest about who I am in public, but I also keep certain things for myself.”
Whether the rings are simply jewelry or evidence of a secret ceremony remains unclear. For now, Zendaya and Holland appear content letting speculation do the talking.
