Holly Willoughby has a problem with the way women’s bodies are presented in porn, and she made her feelings pretty clear during a candid conversation with OnlyFans creator Lily Phillips.
The former This Morning presenter, 45, is now fronting her own YouTube series, Holly Willoughby Together, where she has been sitting down with a mix of familiar faces and unexpected guests. Her latest interview was with Phillips, the 24-year-old adult content creator who became a major talking point after claiming she slept with 101 men in a single day.

Phillips has continued to build a lucrative career on OnlyFans since the stunt, while also attracting plenty of criticism over the way she has approached sex work and the wider debate around its influence on young women.
During the interview, Phillips spoke about growing up in Derbyshire, her early fascination with the adult industry and the pressure she put on herself to achieve what she considered the perfect body.
That included having cosmetic surgery on her vagina after she began creating content at 19. Phillips described having what she called a “designer vagina”, referring to a labiaplasty to reduce the size of the labia minora.

She told Willoughby that she now slightly regrets the decision, arguing that she could have represented women with larger labia within an industry where a narrow version of female anatomy is often presented as the norm.
Phillips said her own insecurities were partly shaped by looking at porn, where she felt women were exposed to only a limited range of vulvas. That, she suggested, can leave women questioning whether their own bodies are normal.
Willoughby agreed, turning the conversation towards the broader issue of representation in pornography.
Her conclusion was blunt: “Please just show normal fannies.”
Phillips agreed with the sentiment and said she tries to be open with her audience about having had surgery, particularly because she now recognises how easily the images women see online can influence their perception of their own bodies.
The pair also covered some of the less glamorous realities of Phillips’ career, including the physical aftermath of her infamous sex marathons, her friendship with fellow adult creator Bonnie Blue and the wider problems surrounding the adult entertainment industry.

It is another example of Willoughby taking her new show into territory rather less polished than her old daytime-TV surroundings.
In the previous episode, she revisited one of her most embarrassing moments on live television. While presenting Saturday morning children’s television in the early 2000s, Willoughby recalled dancing with boy band Blue when her vest top came open, leaving her exposed on camera.
She joked that the incident eventually landed her on Page 3 of The Sun.
The new series is clearly giving Willoughby considerably more room to say what she actually thinks — and, judging by the latest episode, she is making the most of it.
