My Name Is Earl Star Jaime Pressly Launches OnlyFans, Says Platform Lets Her “Create on My Own Terms”

Another familiar face from early-2000s television is stepping into the creator economy.

Actress Jaime Pressly, best known for her Emmy-winning role in My Name Is Earl, has officially joined OnlyFans, describing the move as a natural evolution in how entertainers connect with audiences.

“The entertainment industry is always shifting,” Pressly said in an interview announcing the launch. “OnlyFans gives me a space to create what I want, how I want, and share it directly with the people who’ve supported me for years.”

The 48-year-old framed the decision less as reinvention and more as independence — a chance to bypass traditional studio systems and control both content and communication with fans.

A Direct Line to Fans

Pressly explained that years of meeting supporters at comic conventions helped inspire the move toward a more personal platform experience. Her page promises exclusive photos and videos, behind-the-scenes updates, direct fan interaction and what she calls a more “unfiltered” version of herself.

Consultant Andy Bachman, CEO of Creators Inc., described the actress as uniquely positioned for the platform, citing her combination of mainstream recognition and loyal audience engagement.

The strategy mirrors a wider industry shift as established celebrities increasingly explore subscription platforms once dominated by independent creators.

Hollywood Meets the Creator Economy

Pressly joins a growing list of recognizable names experimenting with OnlyFans, including Drea de Matteo and Shannon Elizabeth, both of whom have publicly framed the platform as a way to regain creative control and direct fan access.

For Pressly, whose recent credits include appearances in The Conners, Elsbeth, and The Re-Education of Molly Singer, the move represents another phase of a long career built on adaptability.

After winning a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 2007 for playing Joy Turner, she now enters an entertainment landscape where celebrities are increasingly becoming their own studios.

Her message to fans is simple: when the script ends, the performance doesn’t have to.
