Amy Schumer has shared a fresh look at her Caribbean getaway, posting swimsuit photos and underwater footage from a family holiday in Turks and Caicos. The 45-year-old comedian made the most of the trip with beach time, scuba diving and a little unexpected wedding-crashing.
Schumer posed aboard a boat in a cream one-piece decorated with pink roses and green leaves, featuring lace-up detailing at the back. Oversized tinted sunglasses and a casual ponytail completed the look. In another shot, she faced the camera while holding an orange buoy attached to a yellow rope, before giving followers a glimpse of her scuba-diving adventure.
“Our family had the time of our lives at @beachesresorts in Turks and Caicos,” she wrote on Instagram, thanking the resort and crediting TA3 for her swimsuit. Schumer also revealed that getting scuba-diving certified had become one of her best decisions, encouraging anyone who had considered taking the plunge to give it a go.
The post attracted enthusiastic responses from celebrity friends, including actor Cheyenne Jackson, who commented, “Legs McGee. 🔥” Leslie Mann, Lindsay Lohan and Krysten Ritter also weighed in with affectionate messages and emojis.
There was more to the holiday than sun and sea. Speaking to People, Schumer recalled stumbling across a wedding taking place on the beach near her family’s accommodation. She and her seven-year-old son, Gene, watched the ceremony from nearby lounge chairs before Schumer joined the celebration and photobombed the newlyweds. Gene, whom she shares with ex-husband Chris Fischer, also enjoyed the resort’s water park.
The holiday offers another glimpse into Schumer’s life following the health issues behind her much-discussed weight loss. In December 2025, she corrected online speculation about her transformation, writing in a since-deleted Instagram post: “I didn’t lose 30lbs, I lost 50.” She added that the change was not simply about appearance, but survival.
Schumer has previously spoken about being diagnosed with Cushing syndrome and has discussed using Mounjaro after experiencing severe side effects with another weight-loss medication. Her latest posts put the focus elsewhere: family time, a new diving qualification and a Caribbean break that delivered more than a few holiday snaps.
