Katie Price appears to be cutting ties with estranged husband Lee Andrews as their short-lived marriage heads towards a potentially messy divorce, with Andrews now attempting to raise money to return to the UK.
The former glamour model reportedly ended the marriage via WhatsApp last month after discovering Andrews had just £2.22 in his bank account, according to The Sun. Now, she has taken another apparent step towards putting the relationship behind her, deleting their photographs together from social media. His likes and comments have also disappeared from her posts, suggesting she may have blocked him.
Andrews, who was recently released from Dubai’s Al Awir prison after spending four months behind bars, has launched a GoGetFunding page in an attempt to raise bail money for his return to Britain. His plans have reportedly left Price concerned about the financial implications of their separation, particularly given her efforts to rebuild her income through OnlyFans and other projects.
A source previously told The Sun that Price was determined to avoid falling into financial trouble again. There are fears Andrews could attempt to claim a share of her assets, while Price is said to be hoping the pair can separate amicably. Whether the divorce develops into a protracted legal dispute remains to be seen.
Andrews has also found himself at the centre of a bizarre social media episode. Earlier this month, a post appeared on his Instagram account announcing his supposed death. Accompanied by a black-and-white photograph of him sitting in a car, the message described a final goodbye to a “beautiful soul” who had “tragically passed away”. The post was swiftly deleted.
His former girlfriend Alana Percival, whom he dated in 2025, subsequently accused him of faking his own death. Andrews later returned to Instagram with the original image marked by a red cross, denying the report and claiming he had been targeted by people responsible for the hoax.
“I’m very much alive and well,” he wrote, adding that the incident had upset his family. He also said he had regained control of his account.
For Price, the priority now appears to be drawing a line under the marriage. With Andrews seeking a route back to Britain and questions hanging over the couple’s finances, the split could have further complications before it is finally settled.
