Lola Gallardo is taking her career beyond the football pitch.
The Spain international goalkeeper, 33, has announced a new partnership with OnlyFans, giving supporters a closer look at her life away from match days, training grounds and the relentless business of professional football.
Gallardo is hardly short on credentials. She has earned 38 caps for Spain, represented La Roja at two World Cups and won the Champions League with Lyon. She now plays her club football for Atlético Madrid.
But the new platform is about something different: showing followers what happens when the gloves come off.
“Women’s football is gaining enormous popularity, and it’s an incredibly exciting time to be a part of it,” Gallardo said in a video announcing the move.
“There’s still so much to be done to bring fans closer to the players and the stories behind the sport.”
That, she says, is where OnlyFans comes in.
“My platform offers another space where fans can follow my journey throughout the season, get to know me off the pitch, and connect with the wider world of women’s football.”
Gallardo also revealed that she plans to document life as she chases another Champions League campaign, with her sights set on the 2027/28 competition.
“I’ll be offering a glimpse into my life as a player, with my sights set on the 2027/28 Champions League and celebrating the community that surrounds football,” she said.
The move comes as women’s football continues to build a larger audience and players increasingly look for ways to control the conversation around their careers. For Gallardo, that means opening another window into the person behind the goalkeeper.
There is plenty happening away from football, too. Gallardo is married to Cristina Vicente, and the couple are preparing to welcome their first child.
So yes, there will be football. But there will also be the life around it — the part supporters rarely get to see when the cameras are pointed at the pitch.
