Sharon Osbourne has reignited an old feud with Courtney Love, accusing the rock star of giving drugs to her daughter Kelly Osbourne when Kelly was a teenager.
The 73-year-old television personality made the allegation during a live Q&A screening for If These Walls Could Rock at the Landmark Sunset Theatre in Los Angeles on Saturday, August 15.
Speaking on stage ahead of the screening, Sharon was asked about the person she believed had given Kelly drugs when she was young. The exchange was captured on video by a member of the audience.
The host initially appeared to leave the name unsaid.
“Oh you know who gave it to her? You don’t have to say, but you know,” the presenter said.
Sharon replied simply: “Yeah, Courtney Love.”

The host then pushed her to explain further.
“Well now you have said it, I want to hear this story! You tell me what happened.”
Sharon declined to provide further details.
“I will say no more,” she said, before turning her attention back to Love.
“She’s a c*** anyway,” Sharon added. “A boring old c***. A dry, old c***.”
The accusation is not new. Sharon previously made a similar claim in 2007, alleging that Love was the person who first gave Kelly OxyContin.
Love has denied giving drugs to teenagers, meaning Sharon’s latest comments revive a dispute that has been running for almost two decades.
The latest remarks came during a public event centred on the history of rock music, but the conversation quickly shifted into familiar Osbourne territory: family, drugs and a willingness to name names.
Sharon has spent decades in the orbit of rock’s biggest personalities through her marriage to Ozzy Osbourne and her own television career. Her comments about Love have now put one of those long-running personal battles back in the spotlight.
