Kayla Simmons is back on Instagram, and the former volleyball star wasted little time reminding her followers why she built such a sizeable audience in the first place.
The 30-year-old creator shared a new selfie following a gym session, posing in a sports bra and cutout top while showing off her latest workout look to her 959,000 Instagram followers.
Simmons, who has previously been labelled the “world’s sexiest volleyball player”, stepped away from the sport after graduating from Marshall University in 2018. Her volleyball career may have ended, but the attention certainly didn’t. She has since built a substantial social media following, regularly sharing glamorous and revealing content with her audience.
Her latest post also marks a return of sorts after Simmons took a short break from Instagram following what she described as a “scary situation”.
“I haven’t felt like posting much on here because of a scary situation that happened to me a few weeks ago,” she told followers.
Simmons subsequently warned fans about fake accounts attempting to impersonate her, making it clear that her verified Instagram profile is the only account she operates.
“If someone messages you from a different account on Instagram or anywhere that’s not promoted here first, it’s not me!!” she added.
For Simmons, the move from university volleyball to full-time content creation has proved lucrative. Her audience now extends well beyond the volleyball court, with fans able to access additional content and interact with her through her OnlyFans page.
The latest gym snap suggests Simmons is firmly back in the social media game, with nearly a million followers watching what she does next.
