Porn Star Leah Gotti Pulls Out of Misfits Boxing Fight After Brain Aneurysm Discovery

The upcoming Misfits Boxing card in Manchester was supposed to mark a new chapter for Leah Gotti.

Instead, a routine medical examination may have saved her life.

While most of the attention surrounding the June 13 event at Manchester’s AO Arena has focused on Tommy Fury’s clash with strongman Eddie Hall, Gotti had quietly been preparing for her own bout against Australian influencer Little Bellsy.

That fight is no longer happening.

In a video shared with fans, the former adult star revealed that mandatory brain scans conducted ahead of the event uncovered a potentially life-threatening aneurysm.

“Routine brain scans to be cleared to fight ended up showing me something that I could have literally never even created in my brain as an option for me,” Gotti explained.

Initial MRI and MRA scans revealed the abnormality, prompting specialists to order additional testing. Any hope that the finding was merely a harmless anatomical variation quickly disappeared.

“Lo and behold, it is a real aneurysm,” she said.

The diagnosis immediately ended any possibility of competing. According to Gotti, doctors have warned her against activities that significantly elevate blood pressure or place strain on the body.

“I cannot do because I risk thinning out the walls even more and possibly having a ruptured aneurysm,” she said.

The situation became even more complicated after doctors identified white matter lesions on her brain scans, leading to further investigations and consultations with specialists.

For Gotti, who had spent months preparing for the fight, the disappointment is obvious. But the reality of the diagnosis has shifted the focus away from boxing and toward her long-term health.

“I have kids. I can’t get injured. I can’t leave this Earth too early,” she told followers while discussing the uncertainty surrounding her future.

It’s a stark reminder that the medical screenings surrounding combat sports aren’t just paperwork and red tape. In this case, they may have caught a serious condition before it became a tragedy.

Gotti has officially withdrawn from the card and will be replaced by veteran MMA fighter and BKB boxer Andy “The CrAsian” Nguyen.
