Megan Fox’s Wildest Sex Confessions: Blood Rituals, Gun Play and the Famous ‘Confident Vagina’

Megan Fox has never been particularly interested in playing the conventional Hollywood sex symbol. The actress, 40, has spent much of her career attracting attention for her looks, but she’s also been remarkably candid about her sexuality, relationships and the more unusual details of her private life.

Earlier in October, the Jennifer’s Body star appeared in a provocative advert for Viagra-style pills, wearing a skintight red outfit and delivering a series of sultry poses. It was another reminder that Fox remains comfortable with her provocative public image. Over the years, however, her bedroom revelations have gone considerably further than a suggestive advertising campaign.

One of her more memorable stories emerged during her relationship with musician Machine Gun Kelly, 36. The pair met while filming Midnight in the Switchgrass in 2020, beginning a turbulent romance that lasted four years. In one text exchange with celebrity stylist Maeve Reilly, Fox asked whether a blue jumpsuit was expensive because she and Kelly had cut a hole in the crotch to have sex. Reilly’s response was reportedly less than impressed, although she promised to arrange a repair.

Their relationship also involved some decidedly unconventional romantic gestures. When Kelly proposed in Puerto Rico in January 2022, the engagement ring featured an emerald and diamond surrounded by thorn-like bands. Kelly explained to People that removing it would hurt, describing the design as a reflection of the idea that love is pain.

Fox subsequently offered a rather extraordinary description of their relationship on Instagram, listing guns, addiction, shamans, blood, binding rituals, psychedelic hallucinations and tantric experiences among its ingredients. She later clarified the couple’s blood-drinking rituals in an interview with Glamour UK, explaining that they involved consuming a few drops of each other’s blood for ritual purposes. She also distinguished between her more controlled approach and Kelly’s supposedly more chaotic attitude towards the practice.

There were less elaborate but equally memorable stories. Fox once hinted that the dining table at an Airbnb had witnessed some intimate activity, posting a photograph beside a marble counter with the caption: “When I tell you that the table at this Airbnb saw some things.” Kelly joined in, joking that he was glad it was no longer their table.

Fox’s attitude towards sexuality has also evolved considerably since childhood. Raised in a Pentecostal Christian household, she has spoken about growing up with strict messages that sex was sinful. She later sought therapy to work through those beliefs and become more comfortable with her own sexuality.

Back in 2009, she made headlines with an interview in Rolling Stone, discussing what she called the power of a woman’s sexuality and describing the effect of a “powerful, confident vagina” on intimidated men. The comments became part of her public identity, although Fox has also been clear that confidence didn’t come naturally.

Interestingly, the actress offered a very different perspective on her personal life in a 2010 interview with Harper’s Bazaar. Despite her reputation as one of Hollywood’s biggest sex symbols, she claimed she had only slept with two men: her childhood sweetheart and former husband Brian Austin Green. She also dismissed the idea of casual sex, saying she could never sleep with someone she didn’t love.

Fox, who has three sons with Green and a daughter with Kelly, has never fitted particularly neatly into Hollywood’s expectations. Her willingness to discuss subjects many celebrities would rather keep private has helped maintain that reputation, whether she’s talking about sexual confidence, unconventional rituals or the complicated business of relationships.
