Former tennis star Ashley Harkleroad has swapped the WTA Tour for a career in modelling and social media, continuing to command attention with her latest bikini post.
The American, who once held a WTA Tour card, enjoyed her strongest Grand Slam results in doubles, reaching the quarter-finals of the Australian Open and French Open in 2007 and 2008.
After stepping away from professional tennis, Harkleroad made an unexpected career move by appearing in the August 2008 edition of Playboy. She remained in the glamour industry and later joined OnlyFans in 2022, although she has since deleted her account.
These days, Harkleroad shares regular glimpses of her life with around 130,000 Instagram followers, mixing fashion, fitness, food and bikini photography across her feed.
Her latest post included a series of mirror selfies in a blue bikini, alongside workout shots and photographs showing one of her tattoos. Another clip showed Harkleroad cooking dinner, while a poolside video offered another look at her bikini.
The post also gave followers a glimpse of her life away from the camera, with footage of a night out with friends and images documenting her clothing choices and fitness routine.
Harkleroad summed up the lifestyle with the caption: “Eat, sleep, cook, clean, play a little;) workout…repeat!”
The former tennis player has built a following well beyond the sport that first made her famous, using Instagram to document the transition from professional athlete to model and online creator.
Fans were quick to approve of the latest update, with one calling her “a baddie”, while others described her as “amazing” and a “wonderful woman”.
