Hilaria Baldwin has reminded her followers why she’s become a fixture in the online fitness world, posting a bikini workout video that left fans struggling to believe she’s a mother of seven.
The 42-year-old yoga instructor took to Instagram over the weekend to demonstrate a series of glute exercises, filming herself in a bathroom while offering tips for anyone looking to strengthen their lower body. Wearing a red twist-front halter bikini with matching floral high-waisted bottoms, Baldwin kept the focus firmly on the workout.
“Back in this bathroom…let’s work that butttttt…this carves out the space between the butt and the backs of the legs. 5-10 of each…3 sets,” she wrote alongside the clip.
Using the bathroom counter for support, Baldwin worked through squats, kickbacks and lateral leg raises, continuing the stream of fitness content that has made her social media one of the more active celebrity wellness accounts.
The comments quickly filled with admiration, with many followers focusing less on the exercises and more on Baldwin’s physique.
“How many kids do you have and have the nerve to look like this?!” one fan joked.

Baldwin shares daughters Carmen, Maria Lucia and Ilaria, along with sons Rafael, Leonardo, Romeo and Eduardo, with husband Alec Baldwin. The actor is also father to daughter Ireland from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger.
Fitness has long been central to Baldwin’s career. The post comes shortly after Baldwin returned from a family holiday in Spain, where she travelled solo with all seven children while Alec remained in the US. She documented what she described as the “endless chaos” of crossing the Atlantic alone with her family, while admitting the children handled the journey better than expected.
The Baldwin family are also preparing for a new chapter away from the Hamptons. The couple recently listed their £20 million estate for sale as they look to spend more of their summers in Spain, a country that continues to play a prominent role in Hilaria’s life. On Sunday, she shared another glimpse of the trip, posting a gallery of family photos and videos as she looked back on the holiday.
