OnlyFans Star Annie Knight Claims Six-Figure Monthly Earnings Amid Extreme Viral Career and Medical Fallout

The economics of adult content have shifted into something closer to a public ledger than a private income stream.

Australian creator Annie Knight, often labelled the “world’s most sexually active woman” in online discourse, says she has been earning six figures a month for the past three years through OnlyFans.

Knight, 28, has been active on the platform since 2020 and built a large following after going viral on TikTok for openly discussing extreme sexual encounters, including claims of having slept with 300 people in a single year.

Six-figure months and financial scale

Speaking in an interview with MailOnline, Knight described her earnings as consistently high, stating she has maintained six-figure monthly income for several years, with earlier periods reportedly in the five-figure range.

While she did not disclose exact numbers, estimates have previously placed her income between approximately AUD $300,000 to $600,000 per month depending on content performance.

She also said she approaches her finances conservatively, citing property investments — including a multi-million-dollar home and additional real estate — as her primary expenditures rather than luxury spending.

Security, scrutiny and risk

Alongside the income, Knight has also faced increased security concerns. She revealed she now employs private security following a reported attempted break-in at her home, with significant spending directed toward upgraded protection systems.

The scale of visibility that accompanies top-tier creator status has, she says, made personal security a necessary cost of doing business.

Health consequences after viral stunts

Knight’s career has also drawn attention for its physical toll. In May 2025, she was hospitalised following an extreme sex-related challenge involving hundreds of participants carried out in a short timeframe, later reporting bleeding and requiring medical evaluation.

She has since acknowledged the physical strain of such events, noting discomfort and recovery needs following the incident.

A broader shift in creator economics

Knight’s case sits within a wider ecosystem where creators operate as both entertainers and independent media businesses, monetising attention at scale while managing escalating personal risks.

Her career reflects a modern contradiction: unprecedented earning potential paired with increasing exposure, scrutiny and physical cost.

In this economy, visibility is the product — and everything else follows.
