Lauren Goodger Ditches the Glam as Fans Praise Her Natural Beauty

Lauren Goodger proved that not every headline needs a red carpet. The former TOWIE favourite was spotted running errands in Essex this week after what looked like a well-earned pamper session, stepping out with hair rollers still clipped in place and seemingly unconcerned about who was watching.

The 39-year-old kept things casual in a black crop top teamed with matching Alo tracksuit bottoms and a coordinating jacket. White trainers and a simple silver necklace completed the look, while a white handbag carried the essentials. There was no heavy makeup, no carefully staged glamour shot—just Lauren embracing an off-duty afternoon with her hair mid-style.

It’s a reminder that even reality TV veterans know when to swap the full glam routine for comfort.

Away from fashion, Lauren’s personal life continues to attract attention. Earlier this year she addressed speculation surrounding her relationship with former partner Charles Drury after the pair were seen holidaying together with their four-year-old daughter, Larose.

Lauren made it clear the trips are about their daughter rather than a romantic reunion.

“We do family holidays just for our daughter, making memories for her,” she explained after the pair shared photos from a recent getaway.

The former couple also spent Easter together with Charles’ family, presenting a united front for Larose despite their complicated history.

Their relationship has been the subject of public scrutiny for several years. In 2022, following the heartbreaking loss of their newborn daughter Lorena, Charles was charged with assault and controlling or coercive behaviour towards Lauren. He denied the allegations.

Despite occasional reports suggesting they may have reconciled, recent developments point elsewhere. Charles was reportedly spotted on a dating app earlier this year, where his profile referenced his role as a father and linked directly to his Instagram account.

Lauren, meanwhile, has focused on turning unimaginable personal loss into something she hopes can help others.

She recently announced the release of her autobiography, Mum Of Two, which reflects on the death of her daughter Lorena, who tragically passed away shortly after birth in July 2022 after becoming entangled in her umbilical cord.

Sharing the announcement with followers, Lauren said she wanted to write the book because she struggled to find anything that helped her navigate grief after losing her newborn daughter.

Describing it as a story of loss, resilience and rebuilding, she hopes Mum Of Two will offer comfort to parents facing similar heartbreak.

For now, though, the cameras caught something far simpler: a reality star grabbing a few errands after a day of self-care, rollers still in place, looking comfortable in her own skin.
